It can be hard to express yourself in today’s fast-paced world. In fact, there are a lot of inhibitions to expression, because of the inherent way that humans are cut off from each other. If we had more of an inborn connection, there would be no war and pain could be reduced substantially. Unfortunately, we all have to find unique ways to let other people know who we are, and one of the things that you can do is start a flower garden. This may not be one of the first things that comes to mind when you think of self-expression, but it is a perfectly acceptable route to take when trying to achieve the purpose of expression. In addition, you have a physical output to show for all your work, so there is a dual benefit to starting a flower garden.
The great thing about flower gardens is you have a lot more room to work with than other types of gardens. That is, you have more freedom in how you want to design your garden, and you can arrange individual plants in virtually any way you want. When you are growing vegetables and fruits, you have to take into account all of their individual needs, as for them to grow the best, they need ideal conditions that are hard to reproduce. While this is the case to some extent with flowers, it is definitely not as intense, so this is a better thing to do for new gardeners. Plus, since your purpose is self-expression, what really matters is the appearance of the garden, and not what you can eat from it.
